Cooper Odivelas, paying attention to the relationship with the other categories of local urban transport, and how the identity of the taxi worker would be constituted. Initially, we make a historical construction of the emergence and institutionalization of public transport in the city of São Caetano de Odivelas - Belém, approaching the different categories that were integrating public transport, highlighting their conflicts and their implications. Subsequently, we sought to analyze crowding as a practice, which, with the emergence of the need to legitimize it, taxi drivers began to organize themselves through a Cooperative and differentiate them from other taxi drivers, seeking the legalization of their practice, in addition to analyzing From this point of view, we emphasize the emergence of taxi drivers as a factor that influenced the visibility, solidification and expansion of the referred practice. We also highlight the relationship between these individuals at the rotating points, which are known as the crowded taxi point, highlighting the conflicts, companionship, strategies, and their relationship with the passengers.
