Virtual Card is an application that works effectively in conjunction with the AC Panel, enabling access to the AlkaERP system for people who are employees, but for various reasons do not have their ID with them. The application allows the employee to be verified by generating a special QR code for a specified period of time, which, after scanning, registers the action in the AC Panel. In this way, the AC Panel integrated with the system records the working time and activity of a given employee who, for example, has forgotten or lost the card. It is important that the Virtual Card makes it impossible to record mutual activity of employees, because the QR code can only be scanned by the person for whom it was generated for a short period of time in his mobile application.
