BOROJEK applies a Code of Ethics that contains rules, safety, security and service standards that are expected to be applied by all drivers.
As a BOROJEK Driver, you are expected to be able to understand and accept the terms and conditions when using the BOROJEK platform. We prioritize the safety and security of this community, therefore, inability to fulfill this code will cause account freezes.

Every BORO-JEK driver is expected to comply with the following Code of Ethics:

COMPLIANCE WITH LAW, LAW, POLICY AND GUIDELINES

1) Drivers must comply with all laws, laws, rules, policies and traffic guidelines as drivers must comply with this Code and other guidelines that BORO-JEK applies from time to time.
2) The vehicle used must have been registered and insured on behalf of the driver who registered at BORO-JEK for use in the application. If the Driver uses a vehicle that is registered in the name of another person, he must ensure that the Vehicle Owner authorizes him and has insurance for the registered vehicle.
3) After the Driver receives an order, he must follow the service criteria for the quality and safety of the following trips:
a) Remember, the application matches drivers and passengers according to their preferences for connectedness, gender and route.
b) Passengers can choose to repeat bookings but drivers may not ask questions or track passengers through their travel routes.
c) Passengers have the right to block the driver if they suspect the driver is misusing the application.
d) Passengers can enter the number of passengers in the group. For this reason, you must adhere to these limits and / or seat capacity in the vehicle.
4) Drivers must not engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of BORO-JEK and / or interfere with BORO-JEK's operational activities or conspire with other drivers or third parties to commit such adverse actions.
5) BORO-JEK does not tolerate any violations that can cause freezing or terminating user access on the BORO-JEK platform.
6) BORO-JEK does its best to provide more bookings for drivers. Therefore, we need drivers who accept orders by displaying PERSONAL PHOTOS (60% Faces). Please accept all bookings including bookings with PERSONAL PHOTOS (60% Face) when you receive a notification. However if you are not sure, please contact our customer service for clarification.
7) Drivers are prohibited from committing fraudulent or fraudulent actions, which can cause harm to BORO-JEK. This includes but is not limited to:
a) Drivers accept bookings for family members in order to commit fraud in order to get bonuses, incentives or promo money from BORO-JEK
b) Drivers accept orders from relatives or close friends in order to commit fraud in order to get bonuses, incentives or promo money from BORO-JEK
c) Any bookings or trips made for fraudulent purposes in order to get bonuses, incentives or promo money from BORO-JEK
8) Drivers are prohibited from participating in demonstrations demanding unofficial BORO-JEK, becoming a member of an unregistered association, inciting other drivers not to use the BORO-JEK application, boycotting or threatening to boycott the BORO-JEK application or other actions that can be interpreted against the interests of BORO-JEK.
