The Chronometer Sonore enables scientific experiments to be carried out in schools and out of school. It allows precise measurement of the duration of events whose start and / or end generate a sound. A large number of adjustments are possible such as the minimum trigger volume, the anti-echo delay, the audible or vibratory warning, the color of the different measurements. By pressing the Laboratory button, the user will find a number of experiments that can be carried out in the classroom or at home, such as a measurement of the speed of sound or a demonstration of echolocation which allows certain animals such as dolphin or bat to orient itself.
