Fleets are Ecnomic cars, comfort cars, luxury cars, executive cars, MPV vehicles, Mercedes-Benz business vehicles for VIP clients, 22 seat Toyota Coaster for small groups, 33-55 air-conditioned tour bus for incentive meetings ect. Very easy to use and customer service was very helpful with scheduling cars and confirming destinations. We Love the fact that everything could be paid via the app like Uber/Lift in the US. No need to get cash from the ATM.
Rates are very reasonable and the vehicles are very new and clean. This is a solid and reliable service and app to use in China. You always know your rate before accepting the ride. When it’s rush hour we give you an opportunity to either wait for economy car or upgrade for quicker pickup. The upgrade was never that much more, so always selected that option. Also love that the rate doesn’t change from when you first accept ride, despite a change in ride time or if driver makes wrong turn. Be ready to use a translator app though, because most drivers will not speak English. But neither does much of Beijing.
This app was a lifesaver while you travelled to Beijing and Shanghai and rural China. Customer service reps communicate with you in English through the App to let you know when the car will be there, where to look out for it, and to deal with any issues. Importantly, it accepts western credit cards.
