What fills a life between birth and the hour of death? What shapes a life, how does it keep the balance, how does a lifetime pass?
plant and uproot - dance and cry - hug and keep away - the first eight verses of the third chapter from the Old Testament preacher Solomon describe life in a collection of abstract pairs of opposites. Strung on them, vocal music from the Renaissance and the 20th and 21st centuries can be heard in omnia tempus habent. Century, soundscapes unfold, a stage performance develops and lifelines develop. Concert, museum audio guides, reading and performance permeate each other and influence each other. A multidimensional game between the design elements emerges - alternating between concretization and abstraction, individuality and universality, seriousness and triviality.
