Customer service is the director and at the same time the person in charge of every customer order.
Clients can carry out the steps for ordering, selecting service areas, selecting supervisors (BK) and also processing transactions if agreed upon (select).

This application consists of several fields in guidance and counseling, namely personal, study, social, career, religion, and family fields. Then there are 2 services in this application, namely: individual counseling services and group counseling that can be used by clients in solving the client's problems.
Do not forget that all validation requires screenshot proof at each election/step which must be sent to CS, in order to avoid fraud and failure in processing orders for guidance services.
The client is required to send proof of the screenshot to CS, and contact CS at the CS Whatsapp contact or link and can also go through the WhatsApp application group link, which is listed on (Contact Us).
The admin only processes the printing of the order number and registration if the client has done it according to the steps above.
We are not responsible if there is an error in ordering and payment outside the steps we provide.
