NS wants to achieve the best possible travel experience for travelers. With more than 700,000 travelers a day, that is quite a challenge. The dialogue with our travelers about our services is very important in this. One of the ways we do that is through the NS Panel. The NS Panel is a group of customers who think along with us on a structural and voluntary basis. It was founded in 2003 and has since grown to 95,000 members. This makes it one of the largest private panels in the Netherlands.
With the Traveler panel app we can retrieve valuable feedback even faster. In addition to the online surveys, we can now quickly test ideas among a small group of customers.
