Frank does everything a little bit different. We measure and provide insight into the workplace experience of employees,. But we don’t do it via the traditional method, where you have to fill in a long, boring questionnaire. We do that via our own unique confetti method.



Every week you will receive short questions. With which you reflect on who you are, what you want, what you think and how you feel. Your answers are the starting point for you and your team to discuss your workplace happiness. Discover with Frank what you and your employer can do to make your work even more fun!

We want you to be honest, so your privacy is guaranteed! What you tell Frank is 100% anonymous. The information your employer receives is only at group level and can never be traced back to you personally.

Our security meets the strictest requirements. Personal data is never stored longer than is strictly necessary. Data can be viewed, changed and deleted by you.
