About Conservation of Energy for Hig

This simulation demonstrates conservation of energy while letting the user create and connect tracks of different shapes as well as loops and springs. Work done by friction and projectile motion can also be analyzed.

Slider bars enable you to adjust:
- simulation speed
- strength of gravity
- mass of the ball
- spring constant
- coefficient of friction
- initial speed of the ball

Buttons allow you to:
- snap the sliders to specific values to make experimentation easy
- show the maximum height the ball reaches
- show you the energy transformations on the moon
- give detailed information about the angle of each track, it's height above reference, and distances along straight tracks
- turn friction on/off for individual tracks
