The MFN Fitness app is a web and mobile application which allows users to access workout and nutrition package plans, keep trap of fitness progress, body measurements, progress pictures and communication with a personal trainer; results are also tracked such as body weight, body fat %, distance covered, weight lifted and workouts completed. Users will also have access to high quality exercise videos demonstrating correct form and the nutritional profile of foods can be scanned and used to prevent a nutritional breakdown of the ingredient or meal.
