which contains the following data:
1. the name of the driver/driver
2. fill in the volume of loading goods
3. fill in the volume of unloading goods
4. Calculation of the total volume of goods
5. photos of the process of loading goods

to facilitate fieldwork in data collection
cargo and trucking.
