The application allows for the digitization of the entire process of connection, integration and servicing of merchant, including the following steps:
+ Registration of the merchant.
+ Information collection and eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer), eKYB (electronic Know Your Business) verification of the merchant.
+ Execution of the service deployment contract for payment services between Napas and the merchant.
+ Provision of a sales management tool that can integrate multiple Napas payment services, such as VietQR Pay, for the merchant.
+ Support and servicing of the merchant.
