By this app citizen also can see vehicle which is serving near to his location / ward by selection of vicinity .

How does it work?
Take a complaint of the Civic-related issue using your smart and post it in one of the following categories.
・D2D Waste not collected
・Garbage vehicle not Arrived
・Sweeping waste not collected
・Road Sweeping
・Secondary Collection
The app will take the location . Just type in the landmark of the complaint location. The complaint will then be assigned to the concerned person
You can also vote up on any other complaint relevant to you. You will get regular updates on status of the complaint in the form of a push notification / SMS/email with the ‘Resolved’ status with OTP (Happy Code)
You can also reopen the complaint if you are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint.
Track vehicle
1. Show nearest vehicle from your current location/Beat in the ward.
2. Show Vehicle from your selected Ward / Area
3. Send Alert when vehicle reach near you
4. Users can direct contact to concern Supervisor from this app.
5. Users can give there feedbacks regarding services
