• For some of the transactions you could use our companion app XipAPP (customer application) and perform transactions using either NFC or QR.
• XipPOS APP delivers a sophisticated, yet easy to use, payment acceptance experience to merchants.
• XipPOS APP provides a feature rich experience which will support a wide variety of users (without overwhelming them):
- Contemporary merchants who just want to download an app and start accepting payments
- Discerning merchants who would like to track their business progress via in-app dashboards
- Large merchants who have a need for multi-user, controlled services
- Merchants who have a need to work with specialized form factors beyond handheld terminals
• The XipPOS APP:
- Extends Xip merchant terminal portfolio to include a wide variety of new form factors
- Creates a downloadable POS for merchants with suitable NFC Android phones
• The XipPOS APP extends the existing set of XipPOS terminals – the portable and the counter-top variants.
• They can co-exist in a given deployment easily and each merchant can choose what is appropriate for them.
• The App builds on the robust and field-proven XLA to make the app extensible with new services, while retaining control on the services from the backend.
• XipPOS APP is compatible with selected devices, including custom 3rd party POS terminals.
