■ If the reservation is not displayed automatically, you can search for it using the number that was issued when you made the reservation.

■ Preparing for check-in in advance will make your check-in at the hotel easier.

■ You can check in immediately at the hotel by holding up the QR code to the check-in device.

You can prepare for your check-in for the day to up to the day after the following day.

This app can be used for hotel reservations supported by NEC Smooth check-in.
