With this transformation, Neurological Semiology, supported by well-founded knowledge of anatomy, physiology, histology and pathology of the central nervous system, faced the difficulty of integrating well-founded concepts and its applicability in daily use as a fundamental tool for the diagnosis.
In view of this, the creators carried out extensive bibliographic research, developing an innovative application capable of bringing to the hands of those who use it the convenience of an instant consultation of almost the entire neurological exam, regarding the signs of meningeal irritation until the peer examination cranial. The tool also includes step-by-step explanatory videos of each stage of the entire neurological examination, thus making it easy to understand. It also brings the scales most used in neurology and neurosurgery, as well as a succinct form of the innervation of the roots and nerves to key muscles in neurological propaedeutics.
Anatomy, radiology, physiology and pathology developed their methods in such a way that it became imperative to approach these sciences with the clinic using technology in favor of those who have it.
