This is my fourth insurance company where I am using the app, and this one is the worst of all. They created the app to show that they have one, but no matter what you do, this app never works, and the funny thing is that the developer also doesn't care about the app.

it's nonsense that an active session valid for 10 minutes after which you have to log in again with an OTP. you're not even a bank app, just why? some random sound effects appear here and there like it's some kind of game. they are not needed there, and they interrupt whatever sound or music you have playing on the background. just ridiculous and exhausting experience using this app😰
