Established in July 2002, VNU-IS is one of the pioneering public higher education institutions to offer joint international training programs. Since its foundation, VNU-IS has recorded sustainable developments in both training scope and quality. From a small institution only offering one undergraduate program in Russian, the school has successfully designed and offered a number of joint international undergraduate and graduate programs conducted in English, Russian, French and Chinese.
At undergraduate level, VNU-IS has successfully designed and implemented a number of training programs in International Business, Accounting and Finance, Management Information Systems, Informatic & Computer Engineering, Economics and Management. At graduate level, VNU-IS has offered two programs in Business Administration; Finance, Banking and Insurance; Marketing & Actions; Science in Information Management.
VNU-IS has effectively cooperated with domestic and foreign universities in offering short training courses. Additionally, many non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have cooperated with VNU-International School to carry out sponsorship projects of books, journals; and to conduct scientific seminars.
Graduates from VNU-International School have been highly appreciated on the job market thanks to their knowledge and professional skills of international standard as well as their good command of at least one foreign language. As a result, 90% of VNU-International School students, after three months of graduations, have got a stable job appropriate to their major with high income or have gained admission to higher level of study.
