The ticket management experience is incredibly poor. I have "saved" my account, and yet have to log in to view my tickets nearly every time I open the app. About 80% of the time, clicking on the "Tickets" tab results in a navigation to a blank page and then the app returns to the home screen. Killing and restarting the app does not fix this.
