This App has been developed for the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department , Government of Tamil Nadu. This App is exclusively developed for Village Panchayat Secretary, who visits various locations across Village Panchayat to enter all the “Solid Waste Management Data” and Route Mapping details under the Village Panchayat one time. And also , Panchayat Secretary need to enter waste collection details by route wise on daily basis.
Using Register Option the officer can Register their Mobile number, Designation and their Working location(District/Block/Village). After Registration an OTP will be sent to their mobile for Verification. If the correct OTP is entered, your details will be visible for block level officials. Once the block level officials approved your details, a message will be sent to them about their password.
Village Panchayat Secretary will enter the Vehicle Details, Thooimai Kaavalar Details, Garbage Bin Details, Garbage Hotspot Details, Solid Waste Management Centre details with capture photographs and remarks.The photographs and thier remarks will be uploaded to server.Panchayat Secretary will create routes with multiple streets. And also Panchayat Secretary should enter waste collection details (like, Number of houses where garbage is collected, Amount of garbage collected value in Kg) by route wise on daily basis.
The App has provision to change their password. Whenever they are transferred they can change the new Transferred location from the mobile App.

Tecnical Description:

The app uses the location permission to get the user's work location. This permission is necessary to provide location-based features.

The app uses the camera & photos and media permission to upload profile picture and also camera permission is necessary for user to upload photos of Solid Waste Management Details.

The app uses the audio permission to speech to text conversion process.This permission is necessary to provide remarks and land mark details.

The app uses the Receive_Sms permission to autofill the received otp from respective sms.

The app uses the use_fingerprint and use_biometric permission to authenticate user login, after the first time login with user name and password.

The app is a secure and reliable app that uses these permissions responsibly. The app does not violate any safety guidelines.
