The welfare plan implemented as part of the COMMUNIcare project funded by the Regional Call has started.
Design and activation of corporate welfare interventions, coordinated by Environment Park SpA in partnership with Irion srl and Altair Engineerings s.r.l in ATI.
The project intends to encourage the implementation of virtuous second-level corporate welfare experiences by companies, in response to the demand for reconciliation of life and work times,
as well as citizenship in general.
The value of the project presented is around € 200,000, divided into a grant and co-financing.
The menu of services and services provided for in the Plan was built around the individual and family needs surveyed by the Companies through a survey within the areas provided for by the regional Call and includes:
• Macro Area 1. Reconciliation of life and work times: Opening of practical and consultancy desks (tax consultant, CAF, Patronato, etc.) and Bellboy / butler service
• Macro Area 3. Support for the culture of global well-being of workers: Training, training / information initiatives relating to the health of workers and their families and Initiatives for psychological support.
All provided directly within the Park, through the provision of appropriately set up premises.
The Plan can be used by workers (and their families) of the companies involved through a "WELFARE CREDIT" loaded on a personalized app that allows recipients the free choice of services and services according to their needs. Finally, this Pilot Plan, tested during the project, can be disseminated and shared with the other companies present in the Park and other subjects in the area at the end of the Project.
