Wish I Could give 0 stars. Not sure about the app, but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I went on their website to check if my computer would work for the test and it checked out ok, but then on test day it didn't work as an unsupported device. Bummer, but what was really inexcusable is that they still charged me for the test! Called the manager to see if I could a refund but didn't get a call back, so I called again, only to not get contacted again. Called a 3rd time only to be denied!
