they are kinda and attentive. its like you get a stylist assigned to your needs and the person will not leave until you are taken care of at all times. the stylist will ask you if everything is fitting well and if you ask the individual your opinion the stylist will give you their thoughts in a kindly way. I will keep going back to Norstrom. many say it's expensive but for this type of service its worth it.
