The corona pandemic in particular has shown again how important it is to provide information quickly and accurately.
As a festival, the communication of current information, innovations or changes, divisions and plans is an essential and demanding part of our everyday work. In addition to the task of operationally relevant information and communication of a wide variety of content to employees and external contributors, the requirement for low-threshold and timely communication with our visitors is increasing.

The Festival Companion app is divided into two levels:
for visitors/guests with external communication content.
for artists and production teams with internal communication content
1. Visitors/Guests
Forwarding of important messages to visitors via push notification, e.g.:
• COVID-19 Code of Conduct
• Up-to-date information on arrival
• Severe Weather Warnings
• Last minute cast changes
Extension of or addition to the printed program booklets, content e.g.:
• Leporello
• Digital factory launches
• Further information on the festival, works, etc.
• Cast lists
Optional extension to e-ticket and online customer account structure

2. Artists & production teams
Direct communication of production-relevant information to "tailor-made" groups (e.g. soloists in a production, all choir members, project groups, etc.), such as:
• Rehearsal plans
• Room Reservations
• Seating arrangements (orchestra) / cast lists (soloists / choir)
• Communication of deadlines, e.g. for feedback on invitations
• Dress codes, rules of applause, etc.
• Shuttle Lists
• COVID-19 guidelines per group
• Information on current entry regulations
• Opportunity for feedback on various topics
• Communication of important dates
