The LAKUS Movil application is a complement to Lakus, which allows the water operators to collect in an efficient way, serving as a window for information consultation and means of payment of their collection receipts, since these will be made through the Internet by means of an electronic device (tablets, Android phones) from the comfort of their homes or offices.
1. User Input
1.1 User Registration
To be able to access the application to be able to consult and make your payments, it is necessary to register in it by filling out a form, requesting your No. Account, reading notice, password and email, which is validated and verified to have activated the service in the LAKUS commercial management system.
1.2 User Identification
For the security of the confidential information that will be handled, it must have a validation of access to users who will be asked for their email and password.
1.3 Recover your password
To recover the password if you forget it the system will ask for an email to which you can send it.
2. Content Distribution
2.1 Main Screen Balance inquiry
Once the user is authenticated, the main Balance Inquiry screen is displayed, in which you can check to pay or credit the accounts that you have registered.
2.1.1 Options Menu
The options menu allows us to access the different modules included in the application, such as Payments Center, Service Centers, News, Personal Data and Close Session.
2.1.2 Payment Center
In this module you can see the authorized sites to make payments for your service
2.1.3 Care Centers
In this module you can consult the information of the centers or modules of attention authorized by the organism

Informative module where we can see relevant news for the organism, this shows you the header and you address to the original note.

This module helps us to update our data such as password or email change.

This option is to close session.
