mReQuesT App for your Android devices lets you keep a check on Issues even as you are on the move. Log Issues in your projects, assign them to correct Resolvers , prioritise as required, and fix them quickly and effectively.
The mobile app makes sure you stay in can track Issues even when you are travelling or away from the desk.
-You can quickly log Issue with a resolver, or give elaborate details like severity, module, Summary , and more, to provide a clearer understanding.
- Search Issues by their Reference Number based on their Current Status and user can update status , follow up against the particular Request.
- Add attachments to better explain the issues, give description/summary under each issue. Have focused conversations and drive better results.
-Close the issue if the resolution provided is satisfactory , else you can reopen the Request.
-User can download Reports in Excel Format for each project along with several Filters provided to get the correct response.
-User will be updated by Mailer at each step like Logging the Request , Status Update , Follow up , Issue Closure .
