The My NRG app provides one-stop energy management to our electricity and natural gas customers in the northeast. After you receive your first utility bill with NRG listed as your supplier, you can create logins on the app.

View, renew, or change your electricity and natural gas plans
Add natural gas service (depending on service area)
Monitor energy usage by month and year
Track your NRG perks - travel points/miles (redeemable with our partners), charitable contributions, or cash back
Register and add additional NRG service accounts
Link your electric vehicle (Tesla, Jaguar I-Pace, Ford Mustang Mach-E), Nest Thermostat*, and Enphase Solar accounts
