NSIFT is an independent structure, the purpose of which is the restoration and development of social infrastructure facilities, assisting in increasing the activity of the population in solving social infrastructure, creating new jobs, developing and implementing social projects with the participation of citizens, and also facilitates the coordination of programs within projects that carried out by local and international non-governmental organizations. NSIFT conducts its activities in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, international legal acts that are recognized and approved by the Republic of Tajikistan, instructions from international financial institutions, donors, the Action Guide and its Charter.
