The “Virtual Center for support for agrifood and forestry entrepreneurship and innovation for extensionists in the Biobío and Ñuble Region” (CIRA), is a project directed by the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Concepción, which was awarded through a Public Tender. It corresponds to a project with funds from the Regional Government of Biobío and that, through an agreement, is executed by the Seremi de Agricultura region of Biobío, which is the institutional counterpart represented to MINAGRI.
