Nusantara

Nusantara was born by Yonathan Budianto at Kudus in 1968 with only 2 unit GAZ from uni Soviet. Those 2 unit GAZ was secondhand from Indonesian Navy 1965. The next year, in 1969, Nusantara added 5 more units ZIEL in order to increase the scale of the company. In 1975 bus with body steel armor was introduced in Indonesia and only took 2 years for Nusantara to have one of these. Starting in 1977, Nusantara using Mercedes Benz.

Nusantara is always embracing new technology from time to time. In this Era of Internet, Nusantara is the pioneer of Indonesian Bus Operator that has fully implemented internet to manage all of the buses, agents, and ticketing system in a REAL-TIME.
