Did you know that what you do and eat in the first 1,000 days (from your first day of pregnancy until your baby is 2 years old) makes a big impact on your baby’s lifelong health? These days the focus seems to be on what not to do, rather than what you can be doing to create a healthier life for yourself and baby. That’s why we created Nutrimom, an app that gives you access to our expert coaches and science-based resources. All of our coaches are Registered Dietitians with a special focus on maternal and infant Nutrition. They are available to answer all of your nutrition and feeding questions and suggest articles, videos, meal plans and recipes specific to your stage, concerns and preferences. In addition, you have full access to our library of content so you can always stay ahead.

Concerned about your pregnancy nutrition or postpartum diet? Our experts are happy to answer your questions, whether you’re having a tough time with pregnancy cravings, have issues with milk supply, pumping or breastfeeding in general, postpartum nutrition, infant feeding, or you’re transitioning your baby to solid foods and need help.
