Obserio is a “Customer experience marketplace and loyalty platform”.
It aims to establish an organic and strong bond between the brand and the consumers. While encouraging the consumer to interact with brands, it also allows brands to take the pulse of the consumer with organic and up-to-date data instead of outdated and unreliable cookie data.
Although Obserio dates back to 2016 as an idea, it came to life practically in 2021 as a project. It went through the stages of designing with a theoretically experienced and dynamic team for about 2 years and took its current form.
