The free dropAdrop app from OCL Vision serves as a reminder when using eye drops either after surgery or for a particular condition. The App can be used for patients having surgery at OCL or elsewhere. For OCL patients, there are specific drops and schedules that apply depending on treatment type- the App provides all the necessary information related to each procedure and sends push notifications to remind patients to take their eye drops.

For patients having surgery elsewhere, as the treatment varies depending on Hospital and surgeon, patients are asked to enter their drops, frequency and duration and the App will then store the regime and send reminder notifications. For patients who have a regular eye condition, the same applies. The drop regime can be edited if the regime or duration changes or can simply be re-entered if needed.
