The application of Basic Competition Calculator (BCCal) is an application that calculates the required equations to find out the basis comparison rate, which is tested by the owners of high rates through it, this application was created for students who seek to complete their postgraduate studies such as masters, higher diplomas and doctorates in Iraqi universities.

   The equations were applied according to the application controls for postgraduate studies in Iraqi universities for the academic year 2021-2020 in Iraq.
