Raasaa Sweets, one of North-East India's major sweets' businesses, has transformed from an old-school traditional mithai brand to the go-to brand for every event. The business had to redefine itself in order to appeal to the new clientele with their diverse interests as a result of the city's shifting demographics and dynamics. As a result, a brand-new path was created for the culinary creativity for which it has become recognised.
