MyConcierge

MyConcierge is a location-enabled smartphone application that allows a user to select from a menu of services and communicate with staff in the venue. Each service is a unique button on the app and connects to staff at a venue through our web portal or mobile devices. To use, the customer simply scans a QR code at their location, selects a service from the app, waits for the MyConcierge agent to accept the request and can then securely communicate via chat with the MyConcierge agent whatever needs they have.

Customers can view curated content and weblinks, view menus, daily specials or announcements, and request food, drinks or other services through the app. Additionally, customers can be easily connected with security or medical staff in the event of an emergency or even their venue host for any customer service-related issues.
