In the choice semester DSH: open learning route ICT, we focus on the individual development of ICT students. For us, every student is unique and you can discover which ICT activities suit you best. The educational vision is based on HILL (High Impact Learning that Lasts), by the Flemish educational researcher Filip Dochy and is in line with the intrinsic motivation theory of Deci and Ryan.
For OpenICT we use this tool to perform the Daily and Weekly Check-in as a student. Here you fill in a questionnaire and you can later see what the answers are. This tool is also used by the teachers to keep track of the check-ins of the students, to view them and to take any actions when necessary.
