The Unique Number is a Business Talk IP Centrex SIP service that allows you to remain reachable even on the move: your calls are directed to your landline and then to your mobile or any other mobile phone configured on your Web User ("available at the office" ) or immediately to your mobile or the mobile configured phone ("on the go").
To log in
To use the application, a data connection (wifi or mobile) is necessary.
The ID is your Business Talk IP Centrex landline number. Your password is the password for accessing extended features.
Enable the service and choose its availability
Enable the One Number service, and then choose one of the following options for your calls to your IP Centerx Business One Number:
- "Available at the office": your calls are directed to your landline, then to your mobile or mobile phone. If the call is not answered, it ends on your mobile's voicemail if it is configured for mobility.
- "Traveling on your mobile": your calls are directed directly to your mobile or mobile phone. If the call is not answered, it ends on your mobile's voicemail if it is configured for mobility.
You also have the option to disable the Unique Number service. In this case, calls made to your IP Centerx Unique Business Talk Number will be directed to your landline. Then if the call is not answered, it will be redirected to the non-response destination of your fixed line (fixed voicemail or other).
