DESCRIPTION.
Oriems - Sacco app is built to support Savings Groups under the Oriems Sacco to manage and track their collections and loans. Savings groups are able to collect prepare and share data relating to contributions, loans, meetings, fines and expenses thus enhancing transparency, efficiency and effectiveness among members. The App provides instant loans at Interest rates starting from a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 15% flat rate (depending on the period), ranging from UGX 10,000 to UGX 2,000,000. One can avail loans from tenure of a minimum 3 months to maximum of 12 Months.

Loans Manage Loans all the loan process at with ease through application, appraisal and approval, disbursement. Loan payments are also tracked using the app.
HOW IT WORKS
Install the Oriems Sacco app and allow the phone permissions requested by app
Click the Join us tab and Select your savings group
Fill the registration form to register as member to your savings group.
Signing after registration.
Go to Home page and select loans / Savings and see how much you can get or Save.
Enter loan / Savings amount you want
Receive loan in your Mobile money or Make savings in less than 5 minutes.
Repay the loan in due time as per the repayment schedule to be eligible for bigger loans in the future.
Terms and Conditions: Oriems Sacco charges a one-time service fee of 10-15%* of principal. Repayment schedules vary with the amount one access on the app. There is no minimum payment period for repayment; customers may make payments towards their principal at any time following disbursement. A one-time extension fee of 8% of principal and interest may be applied to loans past due. No other fees will be charged after this time. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Effective APR: 10-15%. Oriems Sacco does not charge you more than the amount of your due amount which is inclusive of (a one-time extension fee if one pays past our due date that includes a 7-day grace period). We do not compound
A Demonstrative example: UGX 5000.00 loan taken for 60 days may incur a service fee of 15%, for a total cost of UGX 6180.00 if repaid before or on the due date.
HIGHLIGHTS
Repayment schedules may vary and can be up to 320 days.
All group collections are enabled.
Customers may make payments towards their principal at any time following disbursement.
Service is currently available to only MTN , Airtel and Safaricom customers in Uganda.
