The application "Make your request" is the result of successful cooperation between the Greek Public Education to Local Government. Within the project "Apprenticeship in the workplace" of EPAL Iraclia the ICT department of Heraklion Municipality created an application that we believe fills a gap in communication between citizens and the institutions of government Topikis.
With simple steps citizens can now apply for or highlight issues that concern him. The application has the ability to facilitate the citizen by providing the contact information (address, phone, fax and email) of all the institutions of local government first grade.
The most important part of the application has to do with simplifying apostolisenos request or a label. Plus through only one screen the citizen's request can draw and send it along with a similar picture with the use of email available and installed on your smartphone or tablet account of.
