How it works

Use the QR code from the doctor's office or download the app. You will have an introductory meeting with our medical assistant to get you started. We take care of everything with you.

Your Care Team nurse will:

- Gather information from all your doctors

- Retrieve and consolidate all your medical records

- Recommend specialists for surgical letters/clearance

- Schedule an appointment with the specialist depending on your need

- Schedule tests (Lab,.. for you)
