OSEM Certification Inc. was established by the Insurance Association of Turkey with the approval of the Undersecretariat of Treasury Insurance General Directorate and is subject to the supervision and control of the Undersecretariat of Treasury. The OSEM logo and “OSEM Certification and Training Center” are used as the brand name.
The purpose of its establishment is to increase the safety and quality standards offered by insurance companies in vehicle damage repairs on behalf of the sector, while controlling costs more effectively and ensuring a fair competition environment.
OSEM Returned Parts Tracking System is a platform that provides instantaneous reporting and monitoring of valuable information regarding the tracking of parts from the damaged vehicle. In addition, it is presented as a new function to the digitalized insurance industry, as it enables loss adjusters to see the damage files assigned to them and to carry out the related transactions.
SICPA TURKEY, which cooperated with OSEM in the establishment of the system, is an international company that provides services on brand and product safety, develops tailor-made solutions for monitoring the product in the supply chain and distinguishing fake real products.
