The app lets Field executives to work on creating Contracts quickly and upload related files to view management quickly and easily. Also link Bank accounts details available for Farmers to contracts.
Crop Management:
Once after contract created, Unique identity will be generated for the land and activities performed on the land from Land preparation till Harvesting can be encoded and uploaded whenever internet available. With easy of design, user can know pending, ongoing and upcoming activities need to be verified at respective Fieldid every day.
Requests:
During production activities going-on on the land, the inputs like fertilizers, Pesticides, Weedicide, Fungicide needed can be requested by executive to management from the App itself simply by raising requests against each Contract based on Area contracted.
Once requests received by executive, can be distributed or Returned from farmer can be done by taking farmer signature as authentication as a proof of action.
Payments:
Once contract is signed with farmer, payment requests can be raised against contract at scheduled calendar date to Finance department easily and quickly. History can be tracked against each payment request at every level.
Plough Down:
Plough down request can be raised to supervisor from Mobile app against contract, whenever natural calamities happened and land is spoiled for production. And track the status from app at every level.
Dashboards:
Powerful charts available to track the progress at each level of production at your hands easily. Interactive dashboards available to see progress at different levels like Location, Executive, Village levels.
Notifications:
All the above actions performed by executive in mobile app will be notified to respective manager through email and mobile notifications regularly. Also if any new plan is assigned to executive, it will get notified.
