We are introducing “SSIEMS blog” the android application software which would be a miniature of our college website. The “SSIEMS Blog” has been developed to override the problems prevailing the practicing system.
This software is supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce hardships faced be existing system. Moreover this
system is designed for the particular need of the college to carry out operations in an automated and effective manner.
Every organization, whether big or small, has
challenges to overcome and manage the information of students, faculties, fees, profiles, courses and exams. Therefore we are designing exclusive system that is adapted to managerial requirements.
Objectives :->
1. To control the information of students.
2. To access and keep records of faculty.
3. To maintain the students curricular activities, assignments and notices
4. To keep record of fees details of students
5. To manage and calculate the attendance of students , staff using fingerprint.
6. Result alert system is provided.
7. To utilize the resources of institution in efficient manner by increasing
productivity.
8. To provide online leave management.
9. To keep track of academics details of student.
10. Control the information of departmental activities, managements of events.
11. Students can fill up all forms online(admission ,exam form ,scholarship
forms
Advantages :->
The application will greatly simplify and speed up the result preparation and
management process.
It includes advertisement of the college thus satisfying the marketing criteria
to showcase its facilities to the HSC and diploma students.
It overcomes the limitations of the web based system as our proposed system
is developed on Android OS.
As the current system is manual it does not require any sophisticated training
for the User of the system.
This project will cater facilities to all the existing versions of android devices.
