The Seli Butchery was born in 1971 at number 6 of Primitivo Artigas street in Torroella de Montgrí. So Diego had a flock of sheep, and with them he started this project, while Seli went to Barcelona to learn the trade.
18 years later we moved to the facilities that you know today. This is when I join the family business. maintaining the elaboration of traditional products and introducing the evolutions of the sector. When illusion, quality and tradition meet, the new concept of butchery arises, which today distinguishes us.
