worst scooter app ever. It doesn't let you lock the scooter and keeps charging your credit card, I tried five different parking zones and spent over an hour trying to lock the scooter and it does not work. customer service is non existent, phone number doesn't work, whatsapp no answer. if you want to throw money away this is the app.

they won't let you ride if balance is under $5. I only planned on using it in san juan while there. They also don't give refunds. Basically, the stole $5 from everyone.
