Athena OTR is a complete set of tools for HAL Group Field Engineers to do their job, from initial compliance and accepting jobs to completing sitreps and communicating with OCC. Furthermore, the app enables Field Engineers to manage their time by booking holiday and making OCC aware that they are available to work weekends. The app can also work offline should the Field Engineer be in an area of poor signal and will synchronise at the next opportunity automatically.
