the app is easy enough to navigate and understand. My main issues pertain to the accuracy of the plotted dots and maps being constantly outdated. Sometimes, in high density residential areas, plotted dots could be up to half mile off the actual location. If a neighborhood and buildings are over a year old, it shouldn't be difficult to have those areas accurately mapped out.

I recently started working for a DSP that uses this app and I have to say that it is horrible, it doesn't redirect routes, the app freezes constantly, if you're a package delivery company ground cloud is better than this app.
