The Azienda Caroppo del Borgo di Minervino "Specchia Gallone" (Lecce), has received the official status of two important qualifications, for its activity and the production of agri-food products: organic certification for some products and the issue of the license for the agricultural multifunctionality. For this reason, the company wants to promote its products electronically, to get the authenticity of baked products (using the mother yeast of its own flour), typical of the tradition of Terra d'Otranto, to the homes of neighboring and non-neighboring countries. (the wood-fired ovens are built with stone from the quarries of Cursi (LE) "piru mafu") deriving from cereals from the Lecce countryside (Senatore Cappelli wheat, spelled, barley, oats, etc.) and various nutraceutical products, to make even more effective communication and guarantee of the goodness of one's agricultural activity.
